Esta es una nueva sección en mi blog, cada vez que salga a comer voy a realizar una Evaluación; esta será la primera:
Restaurant Marisqueria Tahiti.
Este local ubicado, en pleno centro de Santiago, especificamente en la calle General Bulnes. sector caracterizado por tener bastantes boliches, dedicados a los productos de nuestro largo mar, hay que tener en consideración que estamos hablando de un sector especialista en locales de buena mesa (calle cummings paralela a Bulnes). Al entrar te encuentras con una decoracion muy linda, en tonos azules y verdes, en sus paredes claraboyas con burbujas que te hacen sentir dentro de la sala de maquinas de un barco. En vez del tipico pebre, la bienvenida consiste en pan y una conchas de ostras con un cebiche bastante bueno. Ya sumergido en la carta puedes pedir un cebiche de corvina y un pisco sour para picotear, los cuales son preparados en sus medidas justas debido al gran sabor de estos. Como plato de fondo recomiendo "La Corvina Napolitana" un plato que consiste en Corvina con queso y choricillo, todo esto envuelto en papel aluminio y cocinado al horno por 25 minutos aprox, el cual lo puedes acompañar por un arroz bastante graneado. Nota aparte, mecerece la carta de vinos de este Restaurant, yo personalmente me incliné por un chardonnay de la viña Miguel Torres ( mas conocido por su "sangre de Toro) el cual debo recomendar y decir que a la temperatura justa se trata de un excelente vino para este tipo de comidas. En resumen, es un restaurant muy recomendable, con una excelente presentación de sus platos.
